Who We Are

We’re Ricardo and Priscilla, owners of Regium Coffee, a mobile coffee cart and coffee catering company serving San Diego, California. We bring a full espresso bar experience directly to weddings, corporate events, office gatherings, private parties, and community events throughout San Diego County.The name Regium, derived from the Latin word for royalty, reflects our mission to serve others with the Most High in mind. Inspired by 1 Peter 4:10-11, we believe every gift we’ve been given is meant to be used to serve others with humility, care, and purpose.At Regium Coffee, our mission is to connect, inspire, and serve through coffee. We believe coffee is more than just a drink.
