We’re Ricardo and Priscilla, the proud owners of Regium Coffee, a mobile coffee cart and coffee catering business in San Diego, California.We were both born and raised in San Diego, but spent eight years living in Virginia. During that time, we visited countless coffee shops all over the East Coast, and one thing always stood out, how coffee brought us together as well as others. That sense of connection and community inspired the vision for Regium Coffee.When we moved back to California, we dreamed of building a local coffee business that focused on connection, quality, and service. The name Regium, derived from the Latin word for royalty, reflects our mission to serve others with the Most High in mind. Inspired by verses like 1 Peter 4:10-11, we believe that every gift we’ve been given is meant to be used to serve.At Regium Coffee, our purpose is to connect, inspire, and serve through coffee.
